4. Membership Signup Instructions


This guide will help you sign up for membership. If you have any questions or require further guidance, please contact the Membership Secretary.

STEP 1: Sign up for membership by visiting https://webcollect.org.uk/sgrfc

STEP 2: Click on the ‘Join Here’ button under New Members.

STEP 3: Select either the Single Player, Family or Social Memberships tab.

STEP 4: Add the Membership type you require to the basket by clicking ‘Add to Basket’ and then select 'checkout'.

STEP 5: Select the ‘for myself’ or 'for my Family' box under the Sign up heading which will expand some data boxes. Enter your name and email address, and then create a password.

STEP 6: Add your postal address.

STEP 7: Select 'Add new family member' if you are a parent/guardian of a player under 18 years old. Add name and click ‘No’ if the player does not have an email (Emails will be sent to the account (guardian) by default). We do not need another parent, non-playing siblings, or other family members.

If you’re applying for a Single Player Membership - Youth (over 18), Senior, or Social Membership - assign your name to the membership in the 'Assign members to subscriptions' section.

STEP 8: Select 'Proceed to Family details and checkout' and add details for EACH Player and update the parent/guardian details. If you’re applying for a Single Player Membership - Youth (over 18), Senior, or Social Membership - no guardian details are required. Once updated select 'proceed to check out'


STEP 9:
Complete the checkout form. If you’re registering a Family Membership and there is more than one player please list ALL PLAYER details and any medical conditions in the boxes. You should also separately notify your coaches of any medical conditions they should be aware of.

STEP 10: Review your order summary and click on ‘enter payment’. You will be directed to the GoCardless secure payment page. Please note - only direct debit payments are allowed. If this is not possible, e.g. you do not have a bank account, please contact the Membership Secretary.

STEP 11: Complete the Direct Debit mandate with your bank details.

STEP 12: You will receive an email from sgrfc@webcollect.com confirming your membership order and a separate email from GoCardless when your payments go through.
