CHILD NAME/IMAGE CONSENT FOR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

As part of our duty to protect the identity of all children under the age of 16 please check with the parents of the players in your team whether they are happy for photos of their children to be featured on social media or on the website.

If a parent doesn't consent please make sure any photos shared online/sent to the social media team don't include their child/children.
