From humble beginnings with just three teams (Under 11s, Under 13s and Under 14s), the club has grown significantly and now boasts a full minis and juniors section spanning from Under 6s to Under 16s, a successful Youth team who have won 3 Ospreys Cups in a row, and strong Senior team who are currently vying for their second promotion in successive seasons.

So, to mark the monumental milestone that is South Gower RFC's 50th anniversary, as a club we are busy preparing for what will be a celebration of all things South Gower.
